Mobile Messaging Privacy

USFAS (US Foot & Ankle Specialists) does not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile opt-in data or consent information with any third parties. Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used solely for delivering requested messages such as appointment reminders, operational alerts, and other authorized notifications. Your consent to receive SMS messages will never be shared or used for unrelated marketing purposes.

"Do Not Track" Technology

Some web browsers have a "Do Not Track" preference that transmits a "Do Not Track" header to the websites you visit with information indicating that you do not want your activity to be tracked. We currently do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as there is no standard for how online services should respond to such signals.

How We Protect Your Information

USFAS protects your information using administrative, technical, and physical security measures intended to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of your information. We strive to ensure that information is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.
